Robinson Roofing Group is proud to report that the inaugural Meistari Roofcraft Awards achieved a capacity attendance and presented work of the highest professional standard.
Held on 7 August 2026 at the Queens Hotel in Chester, the awards celebrate craftsmanship, heritage and technical excellence across UK roofing. Meistari (pronounced my-star-ee) is the Norse word for “master”.
The event is craftspeople-led and places quality of execution, heritage understanding and individual skill ahead of scale or turnover.
Our director, Jamie Robinson, served as both a judge and a member of the Heritage and Craft Committee.
“It is an honour to recognise excellence across the roofing industry — from those delivering work of outstanding quality, to those taking their first steps in the profession, and to the skilled practitioners who have refined their expertise over many years,” said Jamie.
The Heritage and Craft Committee jointly undertook the judging, remained present throughout the evening, delivered formal addresses and presented the awards.
Their contribution was essential from the earliest planning stages through to the successful conclusion of the occasion.
Robinson Roofing Group remains committed to raising standards across the roofing industry and looks forward to next year’s awards.
